Return and Refund Policy

You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return items. Just email support@trendica.co.uk. Make sure everything’s unused, and in its original packaging with tags still on.

This policy is subject to our Terms of Service.

Once we’ve had a look at your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7 days. No restocking fees, promise.

To request an exchange, email us at support@trendica.co.uk. Exchanges are available within 30 days for unused items.

Orders may be cancelled before processing by emailing support@trendica.co.uk. Once prepared for shipping, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send photos to support@trendica.co.uk. A replacement will be arranged promptly.
